What Alleeoop Is

Alleeoop is a personal AI assistant that connects to your Google account (Gmail and Calendar) and communicates with you via SMS or Telegram. It is operated by Brandon Brown as a sole proprietorship.

Information We Collect

  • Account information — Your email address and name (from Google sign-in) and your phone number (if you use SMS).
  • Google account data — With your permission, Alleeoop accesses your Gmail and Google Calendar to read emails, draft replies, and manage calendar events on your behalf. We access this data in real time and do not store copies of your emails or calendar events.
  • Conversation history — Messages you exchange with Alleeoop are stored to maintain context across conversations.
  • Memory — Alleeoop remembers facts and preferences you share (e.g., “I prefer morning meetings”) to provide better assistance over time.
  • Usage data — We track API token usage per user for cost management. We do not use analytics trackers or advertising pixels.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the Alleeoop service: reading your email, managing your calendar, sending briefings and reminders, and responding to your messages. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you signed up for.

Third-Party Services

Alleeoop uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Anthropic (Claude) — Processes your messages to generate responses. Your conversations are sent to Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
  • Google — OAuth authentication and access to Gmail and Calendar with your consent.
  • Twilio — Delivers and receives SMS messages.
  • Telegram — Alternative messaging channel if you choose it.
  • Stripe — Processes subscription payments. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Fly.io — Hosts the application and database.
  • Voyage AI — Generates text embeddings for the memory feature. Short text snippets are sent for processing.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Fly.io. Sensitive credentials (such as your Google OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All connections use HTTPS/TLS.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted.

Your Rights

You can at any time:

  • Revoke Google access — Disconnect your Google account from your settings page or from Google's permissions page.
  • Stop SMS messages — Reply STOP to any message or switch channels in settings.
  • Delete your account — Contact us at support@alleeoop.app and we will delete all your data within 7 days.
  • Export your data — Contact us to receive a copy of your stored data.

Children

Alleeoop is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via SMS or email. The latest version is always available at this URL.
